Ownership The Journal Of Biology Education Research (JBER) is solely owned, and financially sponsored by Universitas Pakuan. The university provides the necessary administrative support, digital infrastructure, and institutional backing to ensure the journal's sustainability and adherence to global open-access standards.

Management The daily operational workflow, editorial management and publishd of the journal are conducted by the Program Studi Pendidikan Biologi FKIP Universitas Pakuan, Bogor, West Java, Indonesia.

Editorial Independence While Universitas Pakuan and the Department of Biology Education own and provide structural support for the journal, JBER maintains strict editorial independence. The Editor-in-Chief and the Editorial Board hold full, autonomous authority over manuscript evaluation, peer-review outcomes, and all final publication decisions based solely on scientific merit, originality, and adherence to the journal's focus and scope.
